For those passengers with special needs, the SafeGuard STAR with a chest strap provides child with extra support. The chest strap is easily and quickly installed around the child and can be adjusted to meet the passenger's needs.

STAR combines current 5-point restraint and cam wrap technology to securely position the student on a school bus seat.

REPLACEMENT PADS STAR pads are durable and can withstand a large number of machine washing cycles. Instructions for cleaning the STAR pad can be found on a label attached to the pad. . Replacement pads are available if the pad becomes damaged, overly soiled or can not be cleaned.     STORAGE BAGS The STAR restraint, when not installed on the bus seat must be stored in a safe, clean and dry location. A storage bag for STAR has been designed to easily mount and store on the bus, in the undercarriage of the bus or in the transportation office.
